Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love your robot mower! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and refunds under the following guidelines:


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • For damaged or defective items, see the section below.


📦 How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at 📧 info@robotmowerstore.com with your order number.

  2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Pack your item securely and include your order info.

Note: Unauthorized returns or returns outside the 30-day window may be denied.


💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Used or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival)

  • Gift cards


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.


💥 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund — your choice.
